Desert weddings are the newest trend on all of our reliable and most favorite wedding sources, and we can’t deny that, so were jumping in with both feet! Check out five reasons why we think desert weddings are amazing!

1. Number one of course has to be…the landscape! Getting married in the desert means there are endless possibilities when it comes to backdrops and/or landscapes. Mountains, red rocks, cactus, valleys, canyons and more. The best part about a wedding desert is the endless photo opportunities including that come along with it!

2. For our second point, we hate to say this but it’s the truth…it’s easy. Getting married in the desert means little décor, smaller vision boards and less hassle! No matter where you are in the desert, it’s a stunning scene; so pick your location, show up, and have the most beautiful day of your life!

3. The third reason we are obsessed with desert weddings this season is because there are so many wedding styles that fit right in to the desert theme. From a rustic wedding, to bohemian, vintage, eclectic and more…the desert is the perfect host for an array of wedding styles and we love that it can please so many different couples hopes and visions on their perfect wedding.

4. The next reason we are going full on desert for all of the 2019 Fall brides is because the serenity it offers. In the desert, you can be as loud as your want, or as quiet. You can have 500 people attend or 5, and no matter what, you will always have a stunning and peaceful location that is unlike any other.

5. Lastly, the desert is unique. Skip the traditional indoor venue and think out of the box! Make it a full out ceremony with flowers, décor, tenting, lighting, accents and more…or get married on top of a cliff with nothing but Mother Nature behind you. You can go funky, classic, boho, vintage or mix it all in one. The desert does not have any two areas that look the same, and no two wedding will either! The are unique and timeless to every couple.
