The first thing to decide is the style of your bridal gown and your wedding parties look. The dress can make or break the entire style of your wedding, so it’s really important to start with it in our opinion! Vintage inspired dresses are very popular as they fit into many themes, but the best way to pick out the perfect dress is to find styles that include old fashion silhouettes, lots of lace, buttons to the floor, and off-white or antique cream for that vintage feel. A lot of colors that we are seeing in vintage inspired bridal parties are a dusty blue, pink sand and mauve. Sticking with soft neutral that showoff a hint of color will absolutely tie in with the rest of the ambience.

Now that your wedding look book has been confirmed, we can move onto the flowers and décor! With vintage style décor, its important to remember to keep things subtle, less is always more. Using raw tables, unlike chairs, lots of candlelight and beautiful soft flowers can really make the room come to life. We really enjoy featuring little gold accents which may include a grouping of dissimilar candleholders, fancy flatware, vintage patterns linens, hand painted chargers, crystal accents and of course lots of lace and mirrors.
